He also gave the opening address, which was well received by all participants as well as the Nigerian media.

Zástupci Německa, Itálie a nizozemského ministerstva zemědělství, průmyslu a rozpočtového plánování i jejich velvyslanci a atašé vyjádřili ve svých projevech ochotu spolupracovat.
